Administrative information, liability, and content reporting
The service is an independent, non-commercial fan project hosted in Belarus and operated outside the European Union. It is not a business or professional media outlet/editorial office.
1. User content
Content published on the service comes from its users and reflects only the views of its authors.
The administrator is not the author, co-author, or publisher of content published by users, and does not approve, commission, or sponsor it.
Users are responsible for the content they publish and confirm that its publication does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
2. No ongoing monitoring
The administrator does not actively participate in discussions on the service and, as a rule, does not review or control content before publication.
The absence of earlier removal of particular content does not mean its acceptance, approval, or recognition by the administrator as lawful.
The administrator primarily responds to concrete reports concerning identified content.
3. Prohibited content
It is particularly prohibited to publish unlawful content, including threats, unlawful disclosure of private data, material violating privacy or another person's likeness, unlawful impersonation, content constituting persistent harassment, and other material whose distribution is prohibited by applicable law.
Criticism, satire, opinion, humor, or content unpleasant for the person concerned is not automatically treated as unlawful.
4. Content reporting
The official contact channel to the administrator is:
Session: 05e529c4f7f0953d84808408d27f4189a1818b10ff4f63acb7942163c9e559b77f
The administrator has no other communication channels intended for servicing the site, such as a telephone number or email address, and therefore does not provide such contact details.
Where possible, a report should include: the exact link or other unambiguous identification of the content; a description of why the content is unlawful; information enabling verification of the reporter's claims; and contact details for a reply, if the reporter wishes to receive one.
General requests such as "remove everything about me," without identifying specific content, may not allow the administrator to make an appropriate assessment.
5. Handling reports
The administrator handles reports concerning specific content within a reasonably possible time, considering their nature, the obviousness of the violation, and the rights of all interested persons, including privacy and freedom of expression.
Content may be removed, hidden, or access to it restricted when the administrator receives sufficient information indicating its unlawfulness or when necessary to execute a valid order from a competent authority.
Receipt of a report does not automatically mean it is recognized as justified.
6. Personal data and doxxing
Users should not publish non-public data of third parties without an appropriate legal basis.
After receiving a credible report concerning unlawful disclosure of private data, the administrator may immediately restrict access to such data.
7. Users' technical data
The service may process technical information to the extent necessary for its operation, security, abuse prevention, and performance of obligations arising from law.
The administrator does not guarantee users anonymity toward competent authorities and does not undertake to hide information from lawful requests.
The administrator does not transfer users' data to private individuals solely on the basis of an unverified request.
8. Public authority requests
Contact from public authorities may be directed through the official Session channel indicated above.
A message alone from a person claiming to be an official, office, court, or prosecutor does not automatically form a basis to disclose a user's data.
The administrator may require information to verify: the identity and competence of the authority; the legal basis of the request; the scope of requested data; and the matter to which the request relates.
Data is transferred only to the extent required by a valid and binding request or another applicable legal basis.
9. Data protection
A request to delete an account or data does not create an obligation to remove information whose continued retention is required by law, a valid data preservation order, the need to protect against claims, or other overriding legal obligations.
The administrator does not undertake to destroy evidence or data covered by a valid preservation obligation.
10. No liability for publication itself
Making technical publishing capability available to a user does not mean the administrator accepts responsibility for the content of the user's statement.
To the extent provided by mandatory law, the administrator uses the limitations and exclusions of liability available to intermediary service providers.
No provision of this document excludes the administrator's liability to the extent such exclusion would be legally impermissible.
11. Moderation
The administrator may remove or restrict access to content violating law or service rules, but does not thereby assume an obligation to continuously monitor all publications.
Taking voluntary moderation action in a particular matter does not create an obligation to detect all potential violations in advance.
12. No guarantee of non-removal
The administrator may remove content or an account also preventively if there are reasonable grounds to believe that further sharing may lead to a violation of law, service security, or third-party rights.
Users are not guaranteed indefinite storage of published materials.
13. Orders of competent authorities
The administrator executes binding orders of courts and other competent authorities to the extent arising from applicable law.
The administrator reserves the right to refuse execution of a request from a person or entity whose identity, competence, or legal basis cannot be duly verified.
14. Nature of document
These provisions describe the operation of the service and are not intended to exclude or limit rules of law that the parties cannot effectively exclude by agreement.
In case of conflict between these rules and mandatory law, the applicable legal provisions take precedence.
